Information from Your Networks and Connections
When you connect third-party social media accounts (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or X/Twitter) to KeepUsPostd, we may collect information from those platforms in accordance with your privacy settings on those services. This may include:
- Your public profile information (name, handle, bio, profile image).
- Follower counts, engagement metrics, and audience demographics.
- Content you have posted publicly on those platforms.
- Contact lists or connections, only if you explicitly grant us permission.

When you access or use KeepUsPostd, we automatically collect certain information about your device and usage patterns, including:
- Device Information: Hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and browser type.

Campaign submissions that are approved by a brand may be shared publicly as part of the brand's marketing efforts, subject to the terms of the applicable campaign.
Content Others Share About You
Other users may share content that includes information about you, such as tagging you in posts, mentioning you in comments, or referencing you in campaign-related content. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other users.
Brands and Campaign Partners
When you participate in a campaign, relevant information about your profile, engagement metrics, and submitted content is shared with the brand or agency that created the campaign. This sharing is necessary to facilitate the campaign relationship and allow brands to review, approve, and reward your contributions.
Service Providers and Vendors
We share information with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Payment processing providers.
- Analytics and data analysis providers.
- Customer support and communication tools.
- Email delivery services.
These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes of providing services to KeepUsPostd and are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.

6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The specific retention periods are as follows:
- Account Data: Retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your account data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes.
- Transaction Data: Retained for 7 years after the transaction date to comply with tax, financial reporting, and legal obligations.
- Usage Logs: Retained for 12 months from the date of collection, after which they are aggregated or deleted.
- Search History: Deleted after 6 months from the date of the search.
- Backup Copies: Backup copies of your data may persist for up to 90 days after deletion from our primary systems before being permanently removed.
- Legal Holds: If your data is subject to a legal hold, litigation, regulatory investigation, or other legal obligation, we may retain it for longer than the periods stated above, as required by law.

8. Children's Privacy
KeepUsPostd is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older, consistent with our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from individuals under the age of 17.
If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a user under the age of 17, we will take prompt steps to delete that information from our systems and terminate the associated account.
